The worst place to go , staff are not attentive on orders . They are lazy and like they are not suppose to follow instructions.... Had a terrible experience today at this location. I?ve always gone to this location and and never had any issues, however today... the guy taking my order clearly didn?t understand that I wanted three combo, half a dozen donuts and coffee with a wrap was anorder the drive thru can?t handle. I?ve gone to other Tim?s location and made larger order in the drive thru and never had anyissues. Especially being a mom of four it?s convenient in the drive thru. The worst part was the manager was so rude and told meI should come inside instead of drive thru,?. What?s the point of having a drive through? I am totally disappointed today. At this location I ordered 2 cup of small tea, the cashier was Miss. Nirmala . Didn?t... welcome to the customer .not only me .and when I got my tea both of them are little more than half of the cup . Then . Icalled another cashier she filled half of the cup hot water to both my 2 small tea.. to be came regular size .she asked methis much she gave you? I said yes she explained to miss nirmala . I had a very bad experience at Tims for the first time. Wasted half an hour in the drive thu and finally the lady showed up with... wrong order twice and with weird attitude. Had to leave without coffee. They need to hire some more but experienced staff. Read more
