I love the service I received when Amanda is working. She's always so pleasant and my order is always correct when she's... working. Horrible service. Employees obviously do NOT pay attention to the screen when preparing orders. This is the 3rd time this week... I've been back to this location for them to correct my order. Every time I get the same excuse that it's a new sandwich maker.Then the manager had the audacity to unlayer the sandwich infront of me to make sure they really didn't add my pickles andonions. I understand making a mistake once but 3x in 1 week is absolutely absurd. Remaking the sandwich doesn't cut it, who'scovering my gas for me going back and forth so they can correct my order? If this sandwich maker is having issues reading thescreen then perhaps you should take them off sandwich making. #annoyedAF Read more
The reason I gave a lower rating for service, is because it seemed very slow. The person in the front who was taking our order... was obviously still being trained, for some reason people who were training him were in the back. Extremely bad customer service! After a long wait, our food was served to take out without notice, and told in the worst... rudeness way to get out the store, an employee without name tag yelled to us in front of our little kids, nobody took care of usnot even the manager who was there. The food is what you'd expect from a Wendy's. It's pretty good and does the job, and it was prepared quickly so you can grab a... quick meal and then be on your way. The staff who served us was very friendly and helpful. It had been a long time since we'veeaten at any Wendy's and we got the kids some frosties with their combo meals. They were so small that we asked to buy the nextsize up. They told us that we could have upgraded the size next time for 20 cents, then proceeded to give us the next size upfor free. Totally unexpected and unnecessary, but it was greatly appreciated. Thanks!! Read more
Just like every other Wendy's the food is delish. Staff are good. Can get quite busy at the dinner hour which some staff... struggle to keep up with. Overall it's a great location but don't expect to be out super fast. Read more
