I have been coming here for years, and I have never been disappointed. It's a great vibe here, and the food is always good. I'd... even argue it may be the home of the best pizza in the city. Terrible service- We got our drinks right away after being seated, but after not getting a menu brought to us for over half an... hour, we had to get up and ask for them. Waitress did not introduce herself, or try and make any sort of conversation with us,didn?t seem like she cared to help us. After being ignored by staff for 15 more minutes, we had to flag down a waiter and gethim to put in our orders. We waited another half hour and finally got our meals, and 4/6 of them were wrong. After telling thewaitress a burger was made wrong, she snapped back at us and said to remove the toppings we didn?t want. In our 2 hours therethe waiter/waitress came to our table 4 times total, and 2 of those times we had to flag them down. The restaurant wasn?t evenbusy, and even if it was, they should be apologizing for the wait and letting us know that they haven?t forgotten about us. Thefood actually was pretty good, but the service was terrible. Overall not a good experience at this restaurant, take yourbusiness elsewhere. If restaurant owner reads this, your staff need to be retrained on customer service. Read more
