The food was made correctly , and was fresh but the customer service is non existent. Walked in to a employee texting on his... phone with his leg over the counter door? great first impression. Secondly took like 5 min or so to even be greeted, that phonewas definitely more important. I?m not sure I?ll be back to be honest to this location. Oh and if you need to use the restroombefore you eat , use it elsewhere before you come here. There is no restrooms for customers. SMH Read more

Just pulled up to the drive thru and ordered a sausage biscuit, only to be told that they don't serve biscuits at this location... anymore. I told the lady working "but they're still on the menu", and she responds "yeah, but we don't have them". I respondwith "then maybe you should change your menu". How is it that this location doesn't carry biscuits anymore, yet every other BKI've been to does? Besides whatever answer that could be, the menu should be updated to reflect the change to avoid aggravatingsituations like this. Read more
Ordered a bacon burger thing no bun and they delivered and put some mayonnaise On the side. Guy at the window was understanding... and hooked me with a fork and knife and spoon and put it in a bowl so it was easy to eat on the go. Thank BK lounge Read more
I'm writing this review not because I even eat here often but because I honestly don't. This is my first time going through the... drive thru. The food was okay but they had this sign in the window that took a stand I just really respected through thistrying time. My family and I stopped here on our way home. Service was not a problem the food we received was. Only 1 out the 3 sandwiches we... order was hot. My son's chicken sandwich was ice cold. As you can see in the picture my bacon burger was burned and was so coldit would not even melt the cheese. From now on I well always check my food before I leave. Read more
Need a new manager and staff for this location. Who ever is managing this location is terrible. They randomly close down... because no one works here. We sat at the order window for 5 mins before driving around and seeing someone inside. When Icalled to see if they were open, I was hung up on. They put up a sign that explains that it?s not their fault. We tried one moretime from this place, and I got food poisoning. McDonald?s is right down the road.
