A wonderful lunch cooked to perfection. Delicious fisherman platter with broiled haddock, scallops, shrimp with cooked to order... onion rings & roasted asparagus. Wife had a generous very pleased with her haddock fish and chips. Found a 3% on check asurcharge for using a credit card (against Connecticut laws) Read more

Great American food along with seafood and some unique options like Greek Nachos. The Greek Nachos- wow! Delicious! We?ve never... had anything like that and it was really good. There are also reasonably priced kids meals that come with a drink. The staffwas friendly and accommodating. They put tables together for our large party despite already having reservations for a largeparty. All this was done with a smile and easy going attitude. They are truly family friendly. The waitresses even accommodateda couple who wanted a particular table and waitress that wasn?t serving that section. We will definitely be stopping here again! Read more
A convenient stop for dinner after a trip to the book barn. I ordered the California turkey wrap, which I enjoyed, as well as... the sweet potato fries, which were okay. We like the variety at Charlie's Place and always enjoy our food. The breakfast is awesomeness. The greatest thing is if the... order is not perfect the way you like it Charlie takes it back in the kitchen and fixes it with no issues. Always great serviceand the atmosphere is nice. Never feel rushed. We have to sit the bar area because it's handicapped accessible and it's veryenjoyable. We have never had to wait long to get a table. Even when busy. Read more
Big servings, the BBQ wings were good, burgers are pretty big and good. I enjoyed the seafood Penne Alfredo, dish big enough for... two more than enough for one person. Saturday dinner rush can be crowded but worth the wait in good food. Read more
Our waitress was so kind and personable! The food came out very quick and it was warm and delicious!
