The food was fine, what you'd expect from a Subway. The person behind the counter, however, was very rude. They made several... sarcastic and condescending comments, and didn't answer our questions straight. They seemed more interested in telling us thatthey didn't take coupons than actually helping. The young man behind the counter was not very attentive. My daughter ordered a sweet onion chicken grinder, or something like... that. The young man did not ask if my daughter wanted the chicken hot or cold, he just put it on the grinder cold. I said to mydaughter isn't the chicken supposed to be warmed up. My daughter said they are supposed to ask the customer. When we said mydaughter wanted the chicken hot the young man acted like we were putting him out of his way for him to do his job. I was verydissatisfied with the service we received. I purchased 3 grinders and spent just under $28.00. The service was terrible. Read more
What irritates me about this location is that they never ansewer a phone when you call to ask a question... when online it says... its open. Then you drive by & its closed on another day.. when its before 7pm? Then they never participate with televisionoffers? $5 footlongs or $5 footlongs when you buy two... nope nope & nope... im pretty much gonna steer clear of thislocation for those reasons.. i shouldnt have to go to another town when theres one in my neighborhood.. ???????????? One of my favorite places to pop in and have lunch during my work break. The staff is always friendly and they try to be quick.... It's also a quaint little place to sit and eat. Always clean and I like that I can park in the back to avoid all the traffic onmain street. Read more
It's Subway, what do you expect?? The taste of everything hasn't changed in 45 years and most people in my age group are tired... of them. Probably better off getting a grinder from Stop and Shop. Read more
When I came in I asked if I could use an expired coupon bc many Subways honor it,but not this one. I asked for a foot long. Only... put cheese on half. The guy continue to put cheese on the whole thing,I say half,he kept putting whole. My child started toexplain what half means. I noticed the bins had other things in them. The spinach had green peppers in them . The pickles hadother food in it. I have food allergies and I started to get nervous. After the grinder was completed I asked them to not usethe knife to cut it because in the past it leaves residue from previous customers grinder. He continues to use the knife on mygrinder. The knife wasn't clean and it left bacon and who knows what else on my grinder. I said I asked you not to use theknife. He continues to use the knife and rolls up the grinder. I'm just dumbfounded. I leave with the grinders but I don't eatit. Not sure if there was a language barrier or he just didn't understand me.but left hungry and disappointed. Read more
