Worked here as my first job, knew that fast food jobs don't really ask for much when it comes to education and importance. But,... I can literally get scammed by this establishment by let's say buying a supreme 12 pack and only ever get regular tacos losinglike "5 dollars". 8/10 orders here are always wrong and the sodas are never refilled so I get to just taste bubble water. Poorquality. *Update* The last 4 12 packs I got all had no supreme when asked for. I'm now down 32$ just from them not doing theirjob. Read more
Seems people hate their job here it?s kinda a touch and go here I would suggest going to bluewater instead. It?s always a... disappointment when I go here don?t know what?s going on but I hope they figure it out! They always skimp you especially if youhave to go back and tell them they forgot things then they mad about it and skimp you! My boyfriend and I ordered DoorDash from this location. First of all, he?s a vegetarian. He ordered a cheese quesadilla, and... when it arrived it had chicken in it. This is unacceptable. Luckily he noticed before eating any of it! Also their grilledcheese burrito is very bland. We won?t be ordering from here again. Read more
Went for lunch and ordered the burrito supreme taco combo. Asked for soft taco. Was informed they were out of hamburger and... offered chicken or steak instead. Told him steak on the taco and no meat on the burrito. Get back to work and I have a?crunchy? taco with 4 small pieces of steak. When I say small, they were about the size of tic tacos and were salty. Theburrito also had them too. Looked at the receipt and the charged me 1.80 to substitute the steak. What you going to sell me alettuce, tomato and cheese taco? Of course I wanted meat, but to charge me a substitute fee for something you do not have. Read more
They constantly forgetting items, but today was the last straw When we were told they were out of the chicken for one of my... items, they were going to just omit food that we had paid for. And when we asked for a replacement, they glared like we wereasking for something outrageous. Sorry I don't want to just give money to taco bell? I'm very lenient when it comes to customerservice workers because I know how bad the job can be. But being just strait up rude is unacceptable. This location needs aserious overhaul of management. Poor management. Poor quality. Absolutely terrible. Need to fire managers and rehire new ones. Obviously they can not perform at... a high enough level to perform job function. Taco bell fails at making tacos. Then they add a sticker to the hole in lid,leaving residue. No idea who owns this franchise, but they must hate making money. I pulled into the drive through at 1042 on a Saturday night. ... When I tried to order, the attendant said they were closing. Perplexed about what kind of restaurant closes 18 minutes prior tothe top of the hour, I asked when they closed, and I was told 10 to 11. Given that I was still 8 minutes early to thatimaginary closing time, I figured I?d be able to order tacos, but I was sadly mistaken. I?m now sitting at the drive throughline at Wendy?s, where in their infinite mercy, they?ve decided to adhere to their published hours, while the clowns at theNiceville Taco Bell are still listed as open.
