The Taco Bell in Bluewater is awful!!! I have gone there several times over the last several months and 3 times my food has... been rancid. As soon as I opened it, it had a chemical smell. Smell your food here before driving away, or don?t go there atall. Read more

The General manager Jay is beyond crazy. I came threw the drive through on 10/06/22 at 8:40am. He was yelling at me because he... believed that I complained on his store to another taco bell. Needless to say, I had no idea what he was talking about. He thentold me he could refuse my service and continued to repeatedly say, thank you, over and over again. I then asked him to refundmy card. After he did, he then asked me to stay right there. He walks away and the video tapes me. At that point I drove off. Ihave called the corporate office and awaiting a call from the district manager. I was beyond creeped out and felt threatened byhim and his actions. All I wanted was some food and I am still so very confused by his statement and actions. Makes me wonder,is this how he handles customer complaints. I'll come back with an update. Hopefully he is fired. Read more

Service was good. Food was tasty. But an employee sleeping in the dining room is a bit much.

This Taco Bell is the worst. Our order is often wrong, but the last straw was going and ordering food, to only find a bandaid... in our meal. When asked for a full refund of our order, because why would you want to eat anything from there after that?!,they refused to provide it and gave us the run around. Apparently they hire managers, but give them no authority to do simpletasks like issue refunds (never heard of that, but ok). Once we finally get the GM to take our calls, she was veryunprofessional, unwilling to listen to what was being said, over spoke and was pretty ignorant. The worst customer I have everexperienced. She began yelling, then hung up on us and when called back, an employee answered and you could hear the GM- TreciaMcGee yelling for them to hang up on us. Was good when it opened but now they keep messing up my order. Update 9/18/18: Used to be ok but lately they can't seem to get... orders right and the food quality is terrible (and I'm a taco bell fan). Bag broke due to the grease. Couldn't make myself eatit. Update 12/28/18: Better but still very greasy (even for taco bell) Update 5/26/20: They have a 100% success rate atscrewing my order up. If you go check everything! Update 3/21 New staff seems to be way better with accuracy. Maybe they areturning a corner? Update 4/21 Nope. Not even close on the order the past two times and tons of stuff missing. Class actionshould be filed against these guys for all the missing food. Haven't seen that good staff recently. Read more

If I could do a 0 star review - I would. We ordered a number 4 Crunchwrap Supreme meal - and a number 8 Mexican Pizza meal. We... were thoroughly let down. The Crunchwrap had an obviously stale tortilla (check the photos) and the Pizza was glued to the topof the box, there were tomatoes as toppers - in the box not even on the pizza. The wrap didn't taste right - the spare was injust as bad of shape. But, hey the Dr Pepper was at least good. So there is that. We think the tortillas were stale - thebeef used was on the verge of turning - and the fried tortillas for the pizza we're definitely stale. I know Taco Bell istrying to kill themselves with ruining the menu- but- come on- don't just give up and serve customers spoiled or nearly spoiledfood. Hot sauce could not save it. Thanks for the bubble guts. We won't be back. Try the one farther north on John Sims -they seem to have their fast food world somewhat in better order. Read more
