As always, love the food, service and atmosphere, rustic homey feel. I do appreciate the Christian music selection they play.... Visited the location in Niceville, Florida around 5pm. Let me start by saying this is the coldest restaurant I have ever been... in. Most of the employees were wearing sweatshirts or Hoodies even though the temperature was 78 outside. I had to take half ofmy salad to the car to finish because I was freezing. My house salad was good, chicken moist & crispy. My husband had chickenfingers & french fries. Fingers were good, fries not so much, a little mushy & not crispy at all. Read more

All I could do is laugh. My husband and I only got fries, and all we asked is if they could season them a little more. As you... can see there was no seasoning at all, instead they threw it on the side. I thought it was part of their job to season thefries???? Lol what a joke. How do you mess up on only fries???!!! Since this Zaxby's location has been open, I have dined in on multiple occasions. Each time it has been an excellent experience.... The drive thru is fast as well and the food is always hot. Zaxbys has a very polite and professional staff too! I would highlyrecommend! Read more
