Yesterday evening was my first Bruster's experience and it was a great one. I ordered a scoop of pistachio and a scoop of Oreo.... The ice cream tasted fresh and creamy, especially enjoyable on a warm summer night. I wish we had one back in Louisville! Read more
Staff is extremely nice and welcoming. Also very helpful! The young guy working there the first time I stopped in, offered to... help me carry my two large bags of ice cream out to my car, which was very appreciated. The second time I stopped in thegentleman working was all smiles and very appreciative of the business. The ice cream tastes divine! Very high quality creamyrich flavor. The way ice cream used to taste before it all changed to "light" ice cream(whatever that means). There's a widevariety of choices in flavors and I have yet to have one I've been disappointed in. Well worth the cost. It's a little pricey,but realistically, I believe the cost reflects the quality ingredients. Tastes like homemade, without all the work, mess andexpense.
