Yesterday evening was my first Bruster's experience and it was a great one. I ordered a scoop of pistachio and a scoop of Oreo.... The ice cream tasted fresh and creamy, especially enjoyable on a warm summer night. I wish we had one back in Louisville! Read more
Staff is extremely nice and welcoming. Also very helpful! The young guy working there the first time I stopped in, offered to... help me carry my two large bags of ice cream out to my car, which was very appreciated. The second time I stopped in thegentleman working was all smiles and very appreciative of the business. The ice cream tastes divine! Very high quality creamyrich flavor. The way ice cream used to taste before it all changed to "light" ice cream(whatever that means). There's a widevariety of choices in flavors and I have yet to have one I've been disappointed in. Well worth the cost. It's a little pricey,but realistically, I believe the cost reflects the quality ingredients. Tastes like homemade, without all the work, mess andexpense. This is a fun place to get a treat, especially after a tasty dinner at Sonny?s BBQ who shares a parking lot. The ice cream is... fresh and good quality. The staff was nice and even let me ?upgrade? to a dinosaur cookie combo when my daughter saw it afterordering. I think my only complaint is I got chocolate chunk and there were barely any chunks, lol! But hey, the ice cream wasso good I still ate it all. Read more

Ordered the one on the poster. Got the other one. Paid 14.21 total for the order; for icecream and whip cream and NO brownie in... the brownie sundae. Very disappointed. Add in the fact the gentleman taking the order had to come back three times to ask aboutmy order. In the past I have had excellent service. This trip not so much. Like to go here occasionally sometimes on day nights extremely lactose intolerant but that's not going to stop me from getting... my favorite ice cream and then having the lovely staff amount a dinosaur cookie on top of it because hey I'm a big kid at heartand it's a sprinkled sugar cookie dinosaur who doesn't love that.
