Only ordered the small version of the House Salad, but it was delicious! The small version of the salad was much more generous... in size than a normal "side salad" but still filling & plenty. Also had a mini haystack as an appetizer. (It's off-menu butavailable ????) Service was excellent and the waitress was friendly. My companions raved about their signature warm bacondressing. We really enjoyed our meal! My daughter and I both tried their Cheeseburger?s tonight, and I have to say that they were top... notch. These burgers are absolutely huge with a half pound of good quality meat in addition to the toppings. There is no waythat someone could possibly leave hungry after eating one of these monsters and a side item. I?m a bigger guy and could notfinish mine. This is a beautiful restaurant that is kept exceptionally clean. It kind of have?s an upscale lodge feeling. Theservice was great. We were checked on multiple times during our meal and all requests were filled quickly. The only negativethat I can give, is that it was quite pricey, but other than that, I have no complaints. It was our first time dining at Copper River. I must tell you it was the best food I had ever eaten ! Our servers name was was... Ashley and d h e was wonderful!! Our drinks, appetizers and salads came promptly. Every one was SO helpful and kind. I cannot say enough great things about our food and the service we got. Miss Ashley was probably the best server we have ever hadany where. We will definitely return and ask for Ashley's table even though I am sure the others are really good too. My wife and I have eaten there several times. The atmosphere is great, very friendly staff. We took our friends there tonight... for dinner. Outstanding in every aspect. I loved this place! Have not been there since the COVID started. Ordered the takeout. Came in - the lady that is responsible for... the takeout orders was rude - she passed me 3 times, then came to me only after her phone started to ring next to me. Eating atthe same time as talking to me. Okay. Came home. The order was missing one extra croissant. The chicken and steak on both saladswere burnt. I ordered medium well. Read more
I don?t usually leave bad reviews but this one had to be done. First of all, the waitress was great. She did what she could.... Side salads took 45 minutes to come out. I personally ordered the bbq chicken nachos and the entire thing was ice cold (noexaggeration). It also came with a pile of smashed tomatoes on top of it, and the bottom layer of nachos were soaked in tomatojuice. I ordered extra Queso with it and received a bowl on the side, 1/16th full of cold queso. My 10 year old ordered a welldone steak and got a bite of a bloody mess. Which she later got sick from. My other daughter ordered chicken with a side ofhair. We also had a full salad with half of the toppings not on it, with a half side cup of dressing. $100 later we got out ofthere for the last time. Me and my family will never be back. I?d rather eat food from a easy bake oven. Read more

Great food but I didn't like that they no longer have the complimentary fried onions they use to put on the table while waiting... on your food. I like going to a restaurant where they bring bread for the table or something to hold the table over until thefood gets brought out. This place doesn't offer that. We ordered some for the table but I just think it's great hospitality tooffer customers something to keep their patience down while waiting on food etc. Read more
