Normally this is my favorite location. I can only assume it?s because I order through a different shift of workers during the... day on my way home. Yesterday night now was super disappointed. Was driving home from a wedding and decided to get pizza on theway back. Checked Google to see what time they closed since it getting close to 10pm, saw they closed at 11. Tried to do a handsfree call to order since I was driving but no one answered. Figured they were busy for Sat night and ordered through the appinstead. Then when I got there (was completely empty and not busy at all), they had me pull over because it wasn?t ready. I?mokay with that, it means fresh hot food. Unfortunately when we got it though, the Italian bread was stale and old and the pizzasundercooked and doughy. Ended up throwing them back in the oven once we got home to bake longer. Our pizza was hot and tasted fresh. You know what you?re getting when go to Little Caesars, a budget pizza that allows you to... feed a group of people for a small amount of money. With that being said, this location is better than most. The staff isfriendly and the service is fast. I recommend calling your order in ahead of time and special ordering something on your pizza(like half sausage and half pepperoni, or add a second topping or something) to ensure that you get a fresh cooked pizza. My family loves them some lil Caesars Pizza. But tonight I got some raw crazy bread. They looked cooked on the outside. But as... soon as you bite into it. It?s RAW dough. And that?s both bags of crazy bread. Check your bread yall. Read more

Our order never arrived. After about an hour, we called the store and asked for an update and were told that the Doordash driver... had an issue with their phone (we ordered via the LittleCaesars website, did not know it was through Doordash until after thepayment went through). The store employees could do nothing but refer us to call "Doordash Headquarters" for aresolution. Constructive criticism: 1. If the employees are aware that there has been an issue with a delivery, they couldcontact the customer to let them know. 2. If an order will be fulfilled through Doordash with no option for resolution throughthe store, the Little Caesars website should be more clear. Great prices and service, love the stick and slices. Ordered this 2 days ago and was very pleased. Try to order it again today... and they told me they couldn't do it that way, my fiancee can't have the garlic butter or Italian seasoning so we wanted thesticks plain but all the sudden they can't do that. They need to fix the phones / I tried calling to place an order for my kids bday party tmrw. Ordering 7-8 pizzas, I called all... day to a busy signal. I finally went to the store the teenager who was working told me he thought the phone was broken. Iordered my pizzas he said he did not think I could pay for them but had to pay at pick up.
