Loved it... the menu has alot of special ,very tasty dishes. Don't get basic stuff get something exotic. They set themselves... apart with presentation, great service. Manager stopped by table twice making rounds. We are here now and I never leavereviews. But the tacos I just had were so good.! Steak sausage it's the Taco Hacienda!!! I had to post this review.. Alotof staff on hand. The lil extra u pay is worth it because this is not your average Mexican restaurant... this is theHacienda!! My mom is shocked cause she didn't taste the sausage. In addition they make in house shells. And...and. everyonesmells good. Our waiter has something amazing cologne on.! I only had one drinking so this review is not in jest. Read more

The food was hot and the salsa was good. Unfortunately that's the only good thing about our experience today. Service was poor.... The manager was extremely rude when one of our meals was accidentally charged for steak and we requested the $2 charge beremoved which he said "I don't know if there is anything I can do" after a run around of excuses. I doubt we will be back due tothis experience. Read more
Hacienda is a Lexington staple and has been my answer to "What's your favorite Mexican place?" since I can remember. This... location maintains the same high quality with great food, drinks and service. The soft tortillas they make in house areabsolutely amazing and you can't go wrong with a margarita on game night. Read more
We did go back for a second trip during this visit. First time ever not perfect. Carne asada still delighted the clan. Fish... tacos were a bit mushy. The Green salsa tasted sour, both batches brought out. The margaritas were much twangy anddelicious. The queso was delicious with the right amount of kick. Look forward to coming back. Read more
Stopped in with the family for dinner tonight. I ordered the Quesa Barbacoa ($10.99), my daughter ordered the Pollo Bandolero... ($14.49) and a bowl of Guacamole ($6.99), and my son ordered the kid?s Taco Meal with a soft chicken taco, rice, and beans($6.49). We also each ordered a sweet tea (3.49 each). We all enjoyed our food, everything was hot and tasted great. Our serverwas very friendly and kept our drinks, and the chips and salsa full. We will definitely be back soon. Read more
We had a large group, which often makes service slow. The food was served nice and hot, but (to my taste) was quite bland. The... exception was a chicken noodle soup that was served to all of us (a gift from the house; no charge!) It was absolutelydelicious, the best part of my meal. In fact, I ate two bowls! (The person who sat beside me is vegetarian, and doesn't eatchicken. So I got her bowl, too.) But, overall: the food was bland. The salsa was bland, the beans were bland, the salsa verdeon my entree was bland. Also, I think $3.50 for a soft drink is outrageous. (I didn't order one, but some others at our tabledid.) The person sitting beside on the other side requested salt from the kitchen; there was none on the table. I don't thinkI've EVER seen anyone reaching for salt in a Mexican restaurant!! But the food was bland. This place can handle a large group,but don't expect to get you check fast at the end. There may be some well-seasoned items on the menu (the soup was wonderful!),but I guess I need to learn what to order. Read more
