This Panera is closest to our house. We go there frequently. It?s a nice, spacious location. The one gripe my wife and I both... have with this location is that the coffee is WEAK! Always put of everything, very expensive for soup and sandwiches. Employees we not knowledge about products, inventory or plain... old good customer service. Sace your money and go to Sam's Club where you can buy many of Paneras soups in family size portionsat half the price. Also have a decent backery.... Read more
This location use to be good for kids and church groups. Past several times there, you could hear employees cursing loudly from... the kitchen. Just not a nice and friendly place to take kids or others who prefer to eat without heating employees argue andcurse each other. Read more
Pretty disappointing. Everything tasted great and the employees were polite and prepared my food quickly. But the picture shows... the soup at the top of the bread bowl and this wasnt even half full. Do better panera Read more

I just had a great experience. I pulled into the drive thru, but they told me they were having power outage issues and couldn't... take my order. So I pulled into the parking lot to try again in 15min. Within minutes Hannah and her team member are walkingtowards my car... WITH my typical order! Edit: I had a great visit after not having the opportunity in a long time. Friendly and fast service, super clean restaurant,... even outside, and the Mediterranean bowl was delicious! Kudos! I love their soups, flatbreads, and panini. Great meatlessoptions and always nice to see calories posted right on the menu board. I was given a baguette with my soup, but would haveliked another option since I already had a sandwich. Maybe the chain can find another option. Everything was very clean, even ona Friday at dinner time, but the outside dish bin was full. I'm sure if it were summer, several insects would have gatheredthere. Also, there is an option to add a tip when paying at the pin pad, and when it popped up on the screen, I instinctivelytapped "yes", thinking it was a confirmation. Very good food. This was my first time eating at Panera. I have to say it surprised me. Prices are a little higher than normal.
