awful. Have been going to this starbucks forever, today i got 2 cake pops and my sister found a hair on hers and mine had fuzz... on it. Looked like they had been dropped on the floor. My sister very nicely went in with the cake pops and asked for a refundand was going to give them back the food and they told her no. Will not be back here again. Threw them away on my way out. Ordered ahead for pickup time it said 2:51 estimated- got there at 2:51 but didn?t get my drink until 3:03- but I wasn?t in a... rush and they were super busy. The barista was nice enough and apologized for the extended wait. My latte looked like a cremebrûlée and I?m good with that! Read more
**edit 2 years later** I stand by my review. Also would like to add that since they?ve increased prices they don?t fill your... drink to the top. Garbage. This is the slowest Starbucks I have ever to. My wife and I stop by every weekend for coffee buthave to order 20 minutes in advance to assure that it will be ready before we come. If we do not order in advance we know thatwe will wait 30+ minutes in line. This has been an issue for years. Numerous times we have driven an extra 10 minutes down theroad to get faster service at a store that receives double the amount of customers. Read more
