Found a fly in my food. Called to tell the manager about it and they said "well if you bring your receipt I can replace it for... you." I replied with "ok?" Considering I never heard an apology.. then the manager said "oh sorry by the way" I never got myreceipt.. and quite frankly I wasn't very interested in any more food after that.. Read more
Food was hot and service was surprisingly quick. They are out of a lot of items. I also learned from the cashier do not order... the fresh brewed ice tea after lunch. It is made that morning and they don't change it out unless they sell out of it. She toldme it wasn't fresh it was the same tea that had when they opened and it had not been switched out. Out of mild sauce, no Mexicanpizzas as they were sold out on the menu. 2 meals came to $16 +tax. Read more

Went through the drive through and the lady was rude while I was placing my order. I was asking about adding some guacamole on... the side for my nachos and you could tell that it aggravated her. When I got to the window to pay, she was shaking her head outof frustration as other people placed their orders. I’m not sure if they were short handed or if she just didn’t want to bethere, but whatever the reason, she was not happy at all! When I got home, I found that my food was cold and the sauces that Ihad asked for were left out of the bag. It was a totally bad experience. This was suppose to be a chicken quesadilla, they said they were out of chicken and ask if steak or beef would work instead, I... said steak and got no meat whatsoever. Everything was cold as you see I’m actually heating it up in the picture. Taco shellswere stale, and the bread for the chicken sandwich was sooo hard. They do this often of the night. Terrible! Came here a few times and it's always low quality and made poorly. It's really unfortunate I love taco bell chain. It's always... cold food and small servings.
