We ordered through the drive thru and they had us pull into a parking spot to wait for our food. After 15 minutes and watching... several other orders get their orders I went to check on it. They had it ready but what I didn't know until we got home was theydidn't use the cups for the Cole slaw and one of the boxes turned on it's side and I had Cole slaw everywhere. Read more

Don't go for lunch. Maybe not at all. Waited at the drive thru for 20 minutes.

Enjoyed the Big Zak snack for lunch. I didn't think it would fill me up. The hot buttered toasted bread was soft and delicious.... Seasoned fries were hot and freshly made. The chicken breast fillets were cooked to retain some moisture, not tough at all. Thebeverage station was in good working order to provide the special mixes of flavors. I was pleasantly satisfied on this visit. Read more

My wife and I eat here multiple times a week. We always use the app. Recently they changed the policy so that app users cannot... use the drive thru. There was no one in the drive thru and they told her at the speaker she had to come inside. So, because shewas alone, my 8 month pregnant wife had to get out of her car in 100 degree summer heat to go inside and fill her own drinks andpickup the food instead of being handed it through the drive thru. An INSANE choice when places like Chic Fil A make it as easyand quick as possible to use the app, Zaxby's is going backwards? Also the price has jumped lately. Attaching a picture of my 4piece Chicken Finger Plate, asked for Large which includes extra fries for .80, and asked for no cole slaw with extra fries andI was given almost no fries. I _used_ to eat here multiple times a week and this is maybe half the fries i would usually get,and no toast. If this looks like $12 of food to you, then Zaxby's is the place for you. If not, go anywhere else. Read more

Zsxbys was always a favorite but like everywhere else they revamp the menu and lose some of the best food. Sadly the grilled... Cajun club sandwich is gone and I won't be back ???? Read more

Zaxby's is trying. Food portions are small chicken fingers are borderline chicken fingers. Much smaller than Canes. Can... substitute fries for slaw but you really don't get the extra fries like you do at Canes. Canes also allows you to substitute thetoast for fries but you cannot here. More options are available at Zaxby's but skip it and drive about a half a mile down toRaising Canes. Service at Zaxby's needs to be improved. Food portions need to be bigger compared to pricing. Usually prettyempty unless you go for kids night. Read more

I didn't complain the first time, when we made it home and my wife had to throw her salad away it was wilted so bad. I thought... we would try our luck again, this is what I received for around 8 dollars. The chicken in the middle had been broke in half, notsure who ate the other half. My wife ordered a salad, to discover there was any utensils to cut it with. I ask for a couple saltpackages, they were out. Canes is right up the street not even a mile. Save yourself a headache, I was bringing my wife homefrom eye surgery, she hadn't ate since midnight. I definitely let her down, stopped and picked up a pizza. I know the ownerGreat woman, my wife cousins. Hopefully someday she will understand her franchise isn't being cared for as it once was. We werethe only car there, Cane was wrapped and lot was full. Maybe someday these stories will stop, I posted the pic on Facebook andtalked about it. Then several comments about the same or similar happenings to them. Sorry Read more

Maybe a bad day for the cook but the signature sandwiches we got from Zaxby's were ok at best. I'd recommend staying with their... club sandwich or nibblers which are usually great when they put enough mayo or sauce. Read more
