I shouldnt be giving this a star at all. Mexican Guy not being racist just so you know who is the RUDE PERSON I WAS REFERRING TO... . working at the Drive thru was extremely rude ! LIKE EXTREEEEEMMMMEEELLLLYYY RRRRUUUUUDDDEEEE !! Gave me a wrong order , Goodthing I checked it before leaving ? SCENARIO: made me wait For too long like 20 minutes and we are Talking About a Drive thruService . When I complained About the wrong order he IGNORED ME AS IF HE DIDNT HEAR ME WALKED AWAY. I went ( walked myselft tothe Drive thru window to Tell him what I want ? And SURPIRSE ! He said FU at me when I complained . After he Made me Park atthe disable parking , made me wait For 20 mins or more And gave me the wrong order And when I complained HE SAID FU TO ME??!! who does that ?! Read more
Been there couple of times already. No major complains - just some things that annoy me most times... pretty much, every time I... went there during lunch, I was asked to move over so they can collect money from the car behind me and tell them the same (tomove overto the side). I worked at fast food before so I know they are lying to management about how quickly they are gettingorders out - but it is what it is... Never had any issues missing food. Sometimes when I buy chicken nuggets some taste veryold and dry when compared to others, but what would you expect for under $2???? Read more
I just had a horrible experience at the Burger King in Niles,IL on Dempster. I haven't been in a Burger King in a long time. I... thought I would get breakfast as I was driving by. I went inside and was greeted by a rude counter person. On the display boardit showed (with words and pictures) mix and match croissant or biscuit sandwiches 2 for $5. I order 1 biscuit and 1 croissantand a large drink. She gave me a total of $12. I asked her why they weren't 2 for $5. She said she didn't have a button for thatand I had to pay the $12. She had an attitude and was rude. I changed my order. While I was waiting I used the bathroom which Ineeded key for. The bathroom was filthy. Drove 5 miles to get there, ordering was a challenge then waited 15 mins for food. Drove home to find food missing from our... order. Very frustrating. Called them left message. Still waiting for a response with some kind of apology or IOU for the food Ipaid for and didnt receive. Will keep you all updated on the results. Every time I say to my self let me give them another chance , maybe this would be the lucky time I can have a whopper like old... days from 20 years ago , and they never disappoint another brick whopper that I ordered ob without onion, the bread was so hardif it fell on floor it would Crack the floor. And then mezzorela sticks you will see the picture I attach to this comment, andone last comment, how can u take care of people when no one can speak English???? If this location is supposed to be open at 6 am, then why is are the front doors locked and employees only taking care of drive... thru? Not everyone has a car. Abd as i understand doors aren't supposed to be locked during business hours Read more
The food was edible, and while it wasn't the best burger I'd tasted (bacinator), the fries were really good; they weren't... drenched in salt like many other locations. Customer service could have been better though, as there was a long line and ourdrink cups were initially forgotten. Read more
