I?m disappointed in the customer service. The workers have changed recently, they have a don?t care attitude. I used to be... greeted pleasantly and my order was handed to me not shoved at me. I don?t know if management changed too but the lady that wasthe manager was fantastic and her workers seemed happier. It?s sad, such a difference. I had to rate it one star in order to post this comment. I just had the worst experience at this McDonald?s. Using the drive... thru I ordered a Quarter Pounder with cheese no onions and a small fry. I used my points for the burger so I wouldn?t lose them. I was good and didn?t open the bag till I got home. When I opened the bag I found a half order of small fries not done and aQuarter Pounder with cheese that was old. I was mad so I went back and asked for a refund. The manager couldn?t do that becauseI used points. She didn?t apologize just put her finger up at me not to talk. Fine can I please have a fresh burger and fries? She said yes and walked away. I waited about 10 minutes and my order was ready. This time I checked the fries. Good to go.Came home to have my Quarter Pounder with cheese! IT?S NOT COOKED INSIDE!!!!!! Ordered a triple with no cheese and a smoothie through the McDonalds app. Burger came out with cheese on it, in spite of the... slip taped to it that said "no cheese". Went in and asked for a replacement, replacement was dripping with grease ????... Mylarge smoothie was a very very light pink, and tasted watered down like they majorly skimped on the smoothie mix and made up forit in ice. I get McDonald's for lunch usually at least twice a week from many different locations, and the 3.9 rating on Googlewas one of the best I've ever seen on a McDonald's, but the food was the worst I've had in a long time from any McDonald's. Trash. Granted, we went at 2 am, but the mobile order was smooth, we added two burgers, the guy at the window asked us like 5... times what we needed, we were very clear and precise with what we needed in our bag, the guy takes the bag back through thewindow and added only half of what we needed. At that point we had already waited in line over 30 minutes and just wanted to gethome so we left. Also the 'sprite' we got was essentially water with a mild sprite flavor. Read more

Stop by for quick bite and hash browns were completely over cooked and hard as a rock. Service was fast, efficient & polite yet... the mark was missed for food quality. Read more

Great customer service and the quality of food was good as well. Similar food as any other McDonald's. There are touch screen... monitors that you can use to order or if you prefer you can order directly at the counter as well. You can also order using theapp and pick up the food at the counter or drive through. There is a drive through outside. Plenty of tables to eat inside.There is also a few tables outside. Place is clean and well maintained. This is part of bear family McDonald's. Kids sometimesgets coupons from school for bear family McDonald's and not all of them are part of it but this one is. Good place for anyone todine. Good food and service. Highly recommend. Read more

Nothing about this place is good right now. They keep saying my drive thru code expired so I could not use reward or get the... points. This cost me a free happy meal and the points. Please provide me both and solve issues with your store. My guess itthey do not want to give the free food because they want the cash instead of credit from your company. We had to wait 10 minutesfor the food. Not only did they mess up as I stated earlier. When I got the food home, the kids fry at 12 fries in it, the largefry was not full. Also the McFlurries came unmixed. Not acceptable Read more
