The absolute worst customer service. If my child wasn?t as hungry as he was, I would have left without getting anything. They... had a sign at the drive through indicating they only had soft drinks and it turns out it was badly written by somebody who couldnot write in English. I?m Latina, immigrant, I totally understand those mistakes. What I cannot excuse is the worker getting anattitude after we said ?sorry, we got confused by the sign?. Good, clean McDonald's with a nice location close to the expressway. We ordered after the lunch rush and the fries were hot and... fresh. I am gluten free and always need to order my burgers without a bun. The lettuce wrap on my burger was crispy and nicelywrapped, which I greatly appreciated. Read more
Terrible service. Dine in says on the doors they open at 6am. Was there at 650. Doors were locked and the staff thought the... right approach to this was to just continue to ignore me standing there instead of talking about it. The staff would lock eyes,look away, and continue serving the drive through. The truck I'm in is too big for the drive through. I don't understand howthis was the right approach to this situation. Terrible! I know they are busy but that doesn?t mean you can give me just half box of the fires when I pay full amount for it. I... asked for a girl toy on a happy meal and they gave me a boy one. I have not been there for some time but I still love to go there, eat out in the spring, summer and in side I would eat in side,... it's nice and big, help your self for refills on drinks, if you need napkins help your self, and there are some other things onthe side ???? to get for your self, they just give you your meal Read more
