This was such a special experience! The delicious bread before the meal. The cherry cream soda. The traditional Greek dishes.... The mouth watering desserts. Huge portions. Reasonable prices. Friendly staff. I would come here often if I lived in the area! Read more
I have been to the Omega bakery since 2007. I was excited to stop by here upon my return to Chicago. We ate our meal and... decided to grab some Desserts on our way out. As the lady was grabbing my cheesecake I saw are pick something off top of thestrawberries, but didn't pay much attention to it. Upon getting my dessert back to my hotel, I see what she was removing, MOLD,from the fruit, as pictured. At this point I didn't take the risk in trying to eat it. If the fruit had mold on it what did thecheesecake have on it. OMEGA yall need to do better in rotating or checking up on your desserts regularly!! Read more
This place should be named Omega Bakery and Restaurant instead of the other way around. They have an amazing assortment of... bakery goods, so good that I gained 3 pounds just looking at the display case. Very large restaurant dining area, good staffand clean bathrooms bathroom. The food was honestly super delicious and will for sure be coming back. There were so many main dishes and for my first time,... the food was fresh and again delicious. I can feel how fresh and how much dedication was put into the food I ate. The seatingand overall feel was amazing and not to mention the delicious deserts that they had to offer! We went here for mothers day. It was ny first time here, and ket me tell you I loved it. The bread they bring to your table when... you first sit down was amazing, so soft you could cut it with a butter knife. The food was so delicious and let me not forget tomention the bakery that sits in the middle if the restaurant and has so much variety to choose from. I will definitely bereturning. Read more
This is hands down one of the best I?ve been too. Usually in a restaurant for every good dish there?s a bad one. Not the case... here, everything was good quality and had the perfect flavor. Prices are very reasonable for the quality of food that you arebeing served. The desserts are to die for and they have a huge variety. Make sure to come with an empty stomach because the foodfills you up. Read more
