Come to this location quite often! New workers are clueless ANNA AND MATTHEW.. don?t know how to deal with customers. I asked... for a fresh order as I usually do and the workers refused to do so and were looking at me like I?m crazy. Terrible customerservice.. I ordered at 1:50 pm under my moms name Josephine for pickup online. If you come here and order drive thru make sure you check... it before you leave. I paid extra for a bigger plate and this is how they gave me the broccoli and beef. There is only one tinysliver of beef and the broccoli is so soft you can tell its beef sitting for a long time and its expired. No crunch at all. Samewith the kung pao veggies, soft and overdone because it shouldve been thrown out. I called and they offered a replacement but imnot going to go get it because i know it will be the same batch. Ive had a problem with food freshness here before so i thinkthis was my sign to just not return. The lady on the phone didnt seem surprised but she was nice in offering a replacement. Imnot going to take her up on it though. Why do i want another serving of soft gross veggies? She didnt offer to remake it, justto give me another serving. Not coming back, gross. Noticed the kung pao, mushroom chicken, and broccoli beef tend to lookexpired at this location. Probably people arent ordering it fast enough and it just sots there and they dont toss and remake it.You can tell bc its never the same each time you come, always some level of over soft and mushy due to sitting for too long inthe hot hold. Do NOT get the broccoli beef at this location. The broccoli is the main and the beef is just a garnish. Not even one piece of... meat. Just all small pieces of meat you get in a pan at the end. Not sure how the workers think it?s okay to give this food totheir customers and expect them to be happy. Read more
Not sure what happened here, but the teriyaki chicken was soggy wet and flavorless, the Beijing beef was soggy and soaked in... sauce. The veggies were drenched in a terrible tasting garlic sauce. The noodles were nice though.. Not sure what happened withtoday's meats and veggies. Clean facilities though. Read more
Went here around 8pm on a Thursday, and the girl helping us was nice, but the older lady was glaring at us the entire time we... were ordering. Food had definitely been sitting a while, but panda express is panda express and it hit the spot none the less Read more
Update: in a last couple months the service improved. I gave it another try and so far the only downside is when you order a... pick up it is never ready on time and have to wait another 10 min. But drive through is good though. Very friendly staff andtastes good! Updated stars -4 ?? ========= Usually We go to the different location- in Wheeling(the best) and after we movedsince we are closer to this location, we ordered there and I must say all 4 times something was wrong????First:ordered online inadvance, came to pick up-it is not ready, they didn?t see it but order went through, next time no cookies, after that, nextorder: I kindly asked if there are cookies in a bag since last time there were not any, one of ladies not very nicely told theother: even if it is not there just give her more. So I came home and guess what just 2 cookies in total, if I would not ask-again no cookies ??????????? and I asked for napkins -no napkins???? They are almost always OUT of something. Staff is nice. Portions are smaller than they used to be but the price stayed the same.
