Unbelievable! Pre-order for pick up later, got the order confirmation and pending charge on my card. Time to pick up, they said... no such order in the system, even though showing them the order#. Wasted my time and gas to drive there for nothing. Badservice! Wont come back! Read more

Only give this wingstop a 5 star because of the service that was given by Jose and his coworker, two man team but man they did... excellent, Jose took our order down and helped while we decided what we wanted, most wingstop locations don't care about theircustomers but I got to give it to Jose he made sure everything was right.
