BEWARE!! got a sausage egg and cheese croissant after 2 hours of eating it I got extreme pain in my stomach to where I was... constantly puking then later that day I got body aches and chills alone with a low grade fever definitely got food poisoningthen when I called to see if they had any problems with food lately instantly the manger said couldn?t of been us. I?m at Burger King at 7:12pm and they have turned out the lights and closed the doors. My prepaid Uber Eats order is unable to... be retrieved. I don?t have extra money right now. This is the absolute worst service. Read more
Came in for breakfast. No signs saying ther are closed they even left the ordering screen on with breakfast. Google maps says... they are open why bother updating working hours? Not like thats professional Read more
The food was not fresh. The burger ???? was Luke warm at best. It looked like it was thrown together. I had asked for fresh made... & Hot ???? fries ????...The person taking the order was not friendly & I had a feeling that my food wasn't going to be made likeI had ordered. I know that they are working under staff but that's not my fault, that the owner's. If this is a franchiserestaurant, then they need to make sure it is staffed. Loved their fries and reasonable price
Worst experience I've ever had at a BK. It took about 10 minutes, three attempts, two employees, and zero apologies to place a... pretty simple three-meal order. During one of the order attempts the manager(?) chewed out the server without turning off themicrophone so we got to hear that. (Unless they were reprimanding me, it really wasn't clear.) The order was ready prettyquickly, which makes sense because it had all been sitting around for a while. The staff at the window were sullen,disorganized, and stingy, but they did eventually manage to get everything in the bag, except ketchup or napkins. The meals werecold and the fries were so dried out I didn't bother eating most of them. The coffee was cold--in fairness they had warned usabout this but hadn't offered to make new coffee. The soda was warm--also in fairness, they had posted a sign saying therewasn't any ice, which is fine with me because I usually order my drinks without, but they didn't mention that the soda alsowasn't refrigerated. We'd placed an order for heavy mayo on two of the burgers, but they weren't marked and I'm not sure any ofthem actually had that. I really enjoy a good old whopper but I don't eat them often. When I treat myself, I don't expectperfection, but I do expect some basic standards of customer service, and food that's edible. I didn't get either of thosethings. If you're looking for a Burger King, do yourself a favor and drive to the one down the road. You'll have a much morepleasant and satisfying experience. Read more
Terrible all the way. The morning lady at the drive thru window is very rude. The soda has no ice and it is warm with no fizz.... My 2 breakfast sandwiches are hard. Total disappointment. This BK used to be better than this. Read more
I was waiting in an empty dining room for 5 minutes before someone took my order. And the person behind me walked out. The drive... thru was empty as well. Employees were more worried about talking to each other than serving customers. Will not come backhere. Read more
