Jimmy John's is always solid. They have the same staple sandwiches they've always had, but yet they are always just perfect.... They aren't the best sandwich shop but they are consistent, pretty decently priced, very quick, and always dependable. You cannever go wrong with Jimmy John's. A nightmare! I understand everyone seems to be understaffed, so I try not to get upset with the employees who do show up to... work. BUT, it is so frustrating to sit at the speaker waiting to order for ten plus minutes wondering if anyone knows you arethere because no one acknowledges you or lets you know they.will be with you shortly. Most Immature, Rude young staff of anywhere in Niles and it's not even close! Consistently sending out deliveries with the final... product you receive not exactly what you ordered and when you call to report the error or go in to get the correction there isno sorry for screwing up your order and since we were closed when you got your incorrect order it meant there was no way to getwhat you actually ordered and when you finally come in to get the food they owed you the staff will give dirty looks and allmeet up and well act like high school kids since they are and take twice as long to get the food and act like they can't find acredit for you until you produce the receipt and name if who you talked to about the problem and will never say anything about sorry for the huge inconvenience however the owners of this place are allowing it you all know these type of owners "As long asthere's someone working and selling are product for us Who Cares About The Customer there not Really Important, they'll buy itanyway" so we have all taking are $3500 we spent there last year and spend it at Milanos now where the service is always Cordialand Businesses Like and Friendly.... Good food and typically good service besides the person tonight. He or she seemed super annoyed to be taking orders and cut me... off multiple times taking my order, which was two sandwiches no add ons or substitutes. Wanted to ask for mayo but he or she cutme off too much. The man at the window was nice though! Editing my latest review now. Just left here, got a 16 inch and an 8inch sandwich. The 16 was the new Zesty Turkey Club. I watched four people make the sandwich, took forever. Just got home, tooka few bites and noticed they forgot the provolone. Sandwich doesn?t taste near as good without the provolone. Kinda irritatedspending around $30 and 4 people making a sandwich slowly can?t even remember to put on the right ingredients, and they wentsuper super light on the turkey. Never go there again. Way over priced $22 for a sub and a sandwich. Gave specific instructions of what not to put on both. My... brother can't have mayo. I can't have oil and vinegar. Well they put both on both. My brother then went to Subway got correctsub for $6.99. Amazing Read more
Got the Beach club meal, crew was pleasant and service was fast as usual. Sub was delicious and the BBQ chips were crunchy and... flavorful. Had a soda as well lol So there ya go, totally worth it and I plan to return for trips in the future Read more
