Their staff needs better communication with each other. Waited an hour and 15 minutes for my food, was told it would be 45... minutes. Gave the correct address to the guy taking my order over the phone after he read off the wrong one, then apparently hedidn?t tell the delivery driver the correct address. After receiving a call from the pizza boy asking my address because he wentto the incorrect one, I told him. I then called Milanos to ask what was going on. Spoke to a manager eventually who offered toget the food remade because plenty of time had passed since it was almost dropped at the wrong address, but the pizza boy showedup to my neighbors while on the phone with the manager. She basically said sounds good the pizza boy was here and that was that.I would have preferred the food to be remade. My food was lukewarm and the burrito was hard as a rock on the bottom, the cheesewas cold to lukewarm and mooshy. I?ve had better burritos from Taco Bell and better service. With the confusion and waiting forlukewarm food, wouldn?t recommend this place. If the delivery driver is out that long, send him back to milanos instead ofallowing customers to receive cold food. Was craving pizza and not run of the mill chain takeout. This place made those places seem like frozen. Also tried the steak... taco, salad and cheese bread. From our experience all the food was awesome. Will definitely be ordering again. Read more
