Last time I ordered from the Niles Pizza Hut the pizza was the consistency of oatmeal and you couldn?t even pick it up by hand... it was so mushy and then it had a chemical taste to it! I threw up after trying to eat it and it went straight to the trash! Iwas done with Pizza Hut for good but a friend said try the one in Buchanan and I ordered for carry out and everything wasperfect! Don?t order in Niles, order from Buchanan and your pizza will be so much better! Read more

We ordered pizza for delivery but it was very dry, very little sauce, bland tasting. A little over cooked as well. These were... full price pizza's not cheap discounted pizza. I just feel like it is super expensive for the quality you get. I didn't reportit to the manager because it was edible, just not yummy. Most likely will not order from them for a while. We ordered for delivery and our order was not delivered. When we went back on the website to look it had changed to carry out.... We called and was told it was set for carry out and was not offered delivery once we told them we wanted delivery. However, whenwe showed up to pick up the order we were told that they were having issues with their App and website. Our order sat there foran hour before we realized we had to pick it up. We were told that our order was re-made but it wasn't. Our pizzas were cold,the garlic bread was soggy and the meaty pasta was cold & gummy. I am leaving this review here because I was unable to take thesurvey because I was not given the codes on the bottom of my receipt to do the online survey as they gave us a reprint receiptand not the original receipt. Normally we don't have a car available at work hence why we normally order for delivery jus sohappen we were able to get a ride but still. If there is a known issue with your app or website service and an order is sittingthere for an hour or more, someone should've picked up the phone and checked. Also my co-worker's daughter ordered food as welland it was delivered to a whole different address even though she set it for carry out. Read more
