I ordered a cappuccino and the employee obviously did not know how to decently make the drink. Scooping foam from one cup to... another for 5 minutes isn't part of the correct process. When I was handed the drink, it had almost no actual liquid. When Ibrought this to their attention, they just stated "we follow the recipe." Waste of money. Read more
i always come here bc it?s the only starbucks near me. i usually have pretty good service. although one time i did get a girl... with black hair who made an awful drink so i asked it to be remade, and she had an attitude and didn?t even put the lid on rightand it spilled all over my hand. I think they should start some online order system bc they take quite some time sometimes.OVERALL pretty good service for the most part and the girl with a long blonde ponytail is my fav, she?s super nice. Place was swamped. Its 14 days to Christmas and it just seemed like they could use another person behind the counter. Almost 20... minute wait for coffee. They were doing their best and were polite and quick but you could tell they were tired. There are timesI decide I'd rather not wait and keep on walking. Read more
