This was the best subway I have ever been to. I was greeted immediately upon entering and they were making fresh bread when I... walked in. There were 3 young girls that were very sweet and seemed happy to be at work! Everything was incredibly fresh, I washonestly shocked at how put together this subway was. The worst time I've been here by far. My sandwich got burned everyone kept saying not my fault. The cherry on top was the... manager saying she was going to cuss everyone out after I leave. No way to treat your people in my opinion. Not to mention asingle I'm sorry. Read more
Terribly Managed. Ordered online for pickup 45 minutes later. My husband arrived for the pickup and the sandwiches were not... ready. Took another 15 minutes to get the order completed. They were out of items and refused to open more because they weren't"allowed to". More over, the staff working were INCREDIBLY RUDE and treated my son and husband awful. My husband called the nextday to report the issues. The manager could CARE LESS. She seemed irritated by the call. Hard to blame the staff when themanagement is teaching the team that is ok to treat customers poorly and unprofessionally. I know this is a franchised store. Ihope the owner takes a hard look at its team and leadership. We will not eat there again. There is another Subway in Niles...we will take our business there or to Jimmie Johns. Read more

Man subway isn't what it used to be. But no restaurants are I suppose. Covid really ruined it. Nobody wants to work and the ones... who do just kinda mail it in. Out of stuff, no cookies 2 hours before close - I don't get it. I still eat the food but itreally impacts my willingness to go back. The guys running the counter were fine and they made double sure to tell me that oneof my favorite sauces has a new ingredient to make sure I'd like it. I appreciate the thoroughness. Food is OK but Way over priced. Unless you are ok with paying over $10+ for just a footlong, Drink and chips drives up price... even higher still by an absurd amount. Read more
