I would rate them negative stars if I could. They accepted my online order and made it impossible to cancel. I demanded my money... back because the app isn?t going to believe I didn?t pick up the food they said I did. When I told the manager I wasn?t leavingtheir trap of a drive thru without my money, he threw the receipt at me. I was accosted by the customer behind me. I?m a?fucking bitch? for wanting what was mine. The police came and I chose to leave before my bipolar self went to jail. They stolemy 24.32. I hope they all shared a good tip. I will never be back. Staff was friendly and helpful. I ordered on the app around 11 am, arrived 11:15 and only 2 cars were ahead of me but the wait... was VERY long. Idk if they were short on people or what. Also they remembered my side of guac but forgot my chips and cheese.Gave me extra sauce packets though, the food was fresh, and the tacos weren't wimpy. Read more

This Niles Taco Bell has to be one of the worst in the area. It's never good the few times I've given it a chance here in Niles,... but sometimes this place can top itself when it comes to bad. My "grilled cheese burrito" was a joke actually. This clump of wetcheese was just laughable. Read more

The dining area wasn't clean, there was trash on the floors. We waited about 10 minutes for someone to take our order even... though we were the only ones at the counter. A worker came to rhe cash register three times but never acknowledged us. The lasttime she told the worker at the window to take our order. While we were waiting another person came in and waited like we did.When we sat down he waited and finally called out to them to see if they were coming to take his order. He waited 10 minutesafter we ordered. He finally left without ordering and obviously frustrated. Our order wasn't correct, but we decided not to goback and have them fix it, knowing it would be another long wait. Read more

The staff is friendly and the restaurant is clean, unfortunately those are the only positive notes. The ice machine in the... restaurant has been broken for over a month, the soda that comes out of the machine has very little carbonation and the syrupmixture is obviously lacking. The quality of the food has gone downhill greatly in the last couple months. My food has been madewrong and even I?m able to tell them what the burrito should have on it, I would think the people making it would know this morethan myself. I do love how the employee rushes up to the counter to fix my order so that the manager does not find out aboutit, sarcasm in case you missed it. I fully understand help is hard to find these days but that?s no excuse for multiple wrongorders and machinery inside that does not work. Read more

Lunchtime staff are hardworking. Food came out in a timely matter and our order was correct (we always make changes to the food... items and everything came out perfectly). While they are understaffed, the staff they do have are hardworking. Read more

The daytime staff at this location are very kind and courteous. They were extremely busy, had about 4 orders waiting in the... lobby for dine in, many cars in the drive through, and had to accommodate DoorDash orders as well. You could tell they wereworking very hard. They cleared the lobby orders out quickly, we got our food after about 10 or so minutes. All of our food washot, put together well, and our order was 100% correct. The staff here work hard during busy times and that needs to berecognized. Read more
