First my father called to order food for me and gave them my number to contact for the food since it was MY FOOD! They called me... the second they hung up with my dad questioning me if I ordered food and was I coming to get it. I said yes to every questionthey asked and said yes to being there in 10 minutes for pick up. I thought that was weird but whatever. So I walk in to pick myfood up and gave them my info for my pick up order. Stood there as the lady was looking for what I assume was my order ticket.After a couple seconds she looks up and was like oh oh ok I see (and some other words I couldn?t understand). She startedtalking to someone else then I watched as they started to make my food. I?m irritated at this point because they made it a pointto called and confirm that I?d be there in 10 minutes. Repeated the question twice on the phone to me. I said yes both times.What really pushes me over the edge was watching them microwave my chicken.. Like Seriously! And to finish out this badexperience I was given attitude and horrible customer service. I said nothing to them! Not a word! I went home threw the foodaway and went to Pizza Hut. I didn?t trust to eat the food after how I was treated and how I watched them prepare it. Goingforward I will order take out from Mizu. This happened on Friday (7/24/20). Read more
