Absolutely terrible experience here, by no other than candy the manager. I came here to get a pumpkin iced coffee and as soon as... I tasted it, something tasted very off so I had my sister try it and she said it did too. I pull back around and ask to get arefund or if I could change the drink and pay the difference, the lady told me no and that I must not like there iced coffee,and as I was speaking she cut me off numerous times to tell me she couldn?t do anything for me but remake my drink, as I pull upto the window to get the remake she was throwing object around and cussing while making my drink wrong, as she tried to hand methe coffee I told her it was made wrong as I had asked for extra almond milk and light ice and she proceeded to swear again atmy saying she was and I quote ?fucking over this? I then asked her name and she refused the first time and I asked again andcome to find out she is the manager. I refused both coffees at this point and went to Starbucks. Read more
If I could I would give them a zero there customer service skill are horrible for someone who works in customer service I would... never treat someone how they treated my sister she ordered a large iced coffee, with light ice and pumpkin flavoring she got itas she took a sip from it, it tasted off I had she had me try it said the same thing so she turned around and go back throughthe drive thru my sister said could she order something different and she would pay the difference or could she get refunded thewomen said she couldn?t get a refund that she had to order the same drink so she told her her order while my sister is tell thislady her order she continued to cut her off my sister said there?s no reason to be rude about it she finally told her to pullaround we get up to the window she goes to give my sister her drink after she told her she wanted light ice the women try toclose the windows didn?t close them all the way and was cussing and slamming things around the lady comes to the window at thispoint my sisters upset and ask for the lady?s name who refused at first, my sister said she didn?t want the coffee anymore andagain she asked for the woman?s name who?s name is candy and she is the manager for someone who?s a manager they should beleading by example and her attitude and her customer skills where not up to par I will be contacting corporate about because itwas unnecessary how she acted Read more
I always go to this dunkin but tonight was horrible. I usually order online because its easier and alot faster. When I get up to... the speaker at the drive thru and say "I have mobile-" the worker cuts me off and I pull up to the window to get the NASTIESTiced lattes. Just don't go. Customer service sucks! I had a online order and simply went to pick it up while they were busy and staff were... extremely rude ???? like its not my fault it's busy. Had Emily 2 saturdays ago around 8:30. Was a wonderful employee! Friendly and knowledgeable. Drinks we ordered were amazing!!!... Absolutely a five star for her specifically. Now. We went again this past Friday night around 9pm and some older lady was at thewindow. We always order iced cappuccinos! We actually asked Emily how they are made! Because sometimes we get them and they aremade just like a latte and I specifically do not like that we like the iced cappuccinos for the bubbles and when we got themlast Friday the lady had pulled our car, she had no personality. Was very rude. And our drinks were not made correctly! Theytasted horrible. They were not blended and we could tell. My boyfriend went back inside and asked for them to be remade and shewas rude as well about that like we were bugging them and said ?well you have to wait because I have to get these floorsmopped?. We were on our way somewhere on a time schedule and she made us late. So we realize that our drinks are not madecorrectly simply because your workers are too lazy to go to the blender !!!!! My husband and I are always at Dunkin and this one is are go to just bc it?s close to home.. lately we go and coffee is always... wrong and now at night when he goes after 11pm till about 2am if you go up there they are ?updating systems and will not serve you!? To me if you are open 24/7 shouldn?t you be serving 24/7?? It?s sad bc we used to love this location and now we have justbeen going to salts springs bc the service is 100 times better!!!! Read more
