We both started with the BLT salad, this salad is perfect and almost a meal in itself. I had the Baja shrimp pasta which was... super flavorful and loaded with nice sized shrimp. Next up was the roasted garlic sirloin served with a loaded baked potato, thesteak was cooked and seasoned perfectly and the potato was super yummy. Lastly the Durango burger was ordered, wow was it cookedperfectly and huge served with a side of tots which were crunchy and hot. We finished off our meal with the double black diamondmartini, if you don’t get a chance to eat at Firebirds at least stop and try this perfectly marinated pineapple martini, itwill keep you coming back! A very strong four-star review. We stopped for a late lunch and there was no crowd. Immediate seating. Very clean modern look... with noticeable wood smoke. I ordered a Club Sandwich and my partner something from their Twofer lunch menu. My club sandwichwas very good. Stacked high. The turkey was machine cut thin so it was a bit dry. The Cider Cole slaw was kind of tasteless.Next time I'll go with the fries. There will be a next time. I'd like to try something from the grill. Read more

We were in the area and went here for my wife's birthday. The food was very good. Our server, Kayla, was very friendly and... attentive. It was my wife's birthday and she chose Firebirds. I made reservations through OpenTable and when we promptly arrived they had... our table (an excellent one) ready. The atmosphere is incredible. Just a gorgeous restaurant. All the staff including hosts andservers were well dressed and looked sharp. Our server was Nick, whom I recommend asking for. He did a great job! We bothordered Double Black Diamond cocktails and enjoyed them immensely. We ordered lobster and spinach dip with tortillas. Tortillaswere light, crispy and warm, the way they should be. The dip was warm, savory and not overly fishy despite being loaded withnice chunks of lobster. Delicious. The salads came and my wife had a vinaigrette and I had ranch. There was some kind of nut inthe salad, not sure what kind which I didn't care for and those with allergies should be aware of. But my wife commented on howmuch she loved them. The salads were also offered with fresh ground pepper which was a nice touch. She ordered the surf and turfwhich she said was amazing and prepared as she requested. It sure looked great, with a very large lobster tail. I had baby backribs with a baked potato and fresh fruit. The potato was a little overdone but still very good. The ribs were very tender anddelicious. The accompanying fruit was good as well as the fresh bread. We were both so full we didn't order dessert. I had the filet and shrimp for dinner. It was delicious. The pictures speak for themselves. I was surprised when the salad was a... full size. My dinner companion had the Firebird Chicken pasta and when I go back I'll be getting that. The bite I had was theperfect spice level. will definitely need to try dessert next time. Read more

They have paper straws . Any place that has paper straws must be re visited. This place has Fat Tire beer.. vegan options... door atmosphere. I rarely give a spot 5 stars check my profile out. This place 5 stars. And even location is rural Ohio ifyour from the city you won't be mad. Read more
