my husband and I ordered pot pies but when he saw the sign on the counter for a chicken sandwich for 99 cent he thought he... would try it they rang it up at 4.99 when we questioned why the bill was so high we asked for our reciet but they don't printthem they have to take a picture of what's on there register and show us. Had to throw the food out. Usually KFC is consistent, and you can't really mess up mashed potatoes but the mashed potatoes... actually smelled so bad I had to throw away the whole large side order. It was like old food had been mixed into new food. I'vebeen eating at KFC for years and never had them taste or smell like this. The employee at the window was friendly but the foodwas wasted. Went down to get food. Get home my gravy in bag spilled all over bag all wet looked at what was left here not gravy it looked... like brown water.ran back down there the manager just like it happens everyday not a sorry or anything.spend all this money onfood the bowls were half full with everything I ordered. We live in Warren Ohio. We have two KFC restaurants in Warren but you never can get chicken. If you call or go to elm rd at 8pm... or later they say they don?t have enough and the wait is well over a hour? West Market used to be on it. BUT I think Elm rdmight be teaching them their tricks because now it?s happening at W.Market. So I called Nile?s KFC (I was honestly ready to hearno). Louisa was the manager tonight and she took my order and was so NICE. Yes I have a large family.. we have to order 2 - 16piece meals with a extra side it comes to almost $90.00. We own a business and I just feel like Nile?s is the only one whoactually takes their jobs serious and they have excellent customer service. So a HUGE shout out to the manager LOUISA and.
