If I ever order pizza, its pizza hut. They have some great pizza. Wings are not the best ... Giving 3 stars not based off the... food but rather the service.. today I ordered food, drove there, picked it up & got home to realize they gave me the wrongpizza, I called & told them, the guy on the phone didn't seem to believe me? I told him I have my receipt with what I ordered &a pizza that didn't match.. he said bring the pizza back up & my new pizza would be ready in 15 mins. I drive BACK up there &the broad at the window whom originally gave me the order the first time & wasn't too pleasant the first time either, looksannoyed to see me again & looks totally confused about why I'm back, like the manager didn't relay the msg they messed my pizzaup.. she's gone from the window for a good 8 minutes & then a new girl comes to the window to tell me, she just put MY pizza in& to pull around & wait 10 minutes.... needless to say, 10 or so mins pass & this girl comes out looking annoyed at me & givesme my food.. like sorry for bothering you, AT YOUR JOB... ??? 7pm on a Thursday and we couldn?t sit inside (even though there were other people inside eating and they don?t close for hours)... because they ?didn?t have a server?. Haven?t eaten inside a Pizza Hut in years and tried to take my seven year old there after aHalloween event. Literally heartbroken. F this place. Read more
I'm so disappointed this time.... I've always come to this one because I've never had a bad experience.... this time, I paid... the extra for a pan pizza, didn't check it till we got home & it was a regular pizza.... money & time wasted. Read more
We are never disappointed when we order...but both our pizzas today were outstanding! There was a nice amount of sauces and... toppings and the crust was perfectly done and delicious all the way to the edge. We were even given plates and napkins. It wasthe perfect option for our dinner! Read more
Ordered a pizza and cheese sticks at 5:04 said 25-30 min for delivery didn?t arrive till 6:25 and it was cold.
Lady at the window when picking up order was rude and felt the need to tell us: just so you know, we close at 10. I ordered at... 9:45 online-if you didn?t want my order than cancel it-geesh. Then pick up took longer stating their oven was messed up so thepizza got messed up and she seemed aggravated like it was our issue for ordering so late. Took a pizza to my parents in Assisted Living. They tell me the next day it was the wrong pizza. I called and the person that... took the call said she would have the manager call. I still have not received a call back. Read more
