Was at the mall getting shoes for my daughter?s dance, I was going to be busy so I thought I would get some food. I was looking... at the menu made my choice and rung the bell. I ordered and then she started making it and got to the cheese. A couple camewhile she was putting the meat on and Instead of saying I will be right with you and finishing my sub, she took their order thenstarted making it. She went to the back and another lady came out but did nothing. So I got my spinach, lettuce, tomato and mayowith salt and pepper and she left again. Started on their sub again then cut mine and wrapped it and then went to other end andwas handed a paper by other lady to wrap their sub in halves. Well by this time I told my daughter I would not be back. I waitedwhile she made mine, and theirs and wrapped theirs and was like really and she said I am alone and I said no you aren?t. She sadshe didn?t have to be disrespected by me so I said then I will go elsewhere keep your food. It would have taken less than aminute to check me out, my card was out the whole time. See when they have us customers in a video it only catches after theperson was upset. I did not let anything escalate I walked away and got my sub by the seamstress?s place and no issues. To me Ithink ordering online is better and usually is my go to. The Subway on Oxford in Alliance is wonderful!!! This one not so much.My sub was simple-non toasted with 3 toppings and one dressing. I have patience but to do 2 customers at the same, I just wanteda sub to go! Read more
Poor customer service. This lady didn't understand anything I was saying and still made the wrong sandwich after I corrected her... more than I should have. I've never had a bad experience here until today. Eastwood Mall Location Read more

I had my friend go to this Subway and order 2 sandwiches.....mine came back with no lettuce, which was asked for, no salt or... pepper which was also asked for and generally was a water of time and money....it looked so bad I just gave it to my dog......Iwon't ever use this Subway again..... I'm not fond of their choice of lunch meats. Too many preservatives. I don't like alot of meat (and Subway doesn't use ALOT! )... but I want taste and texture to be of a higher quality. Paying more would be expected. Subway does offer a nice selection offresh sub rolls and veggies. A MUST visit for a vegetarian! Read more
