It was a good pizza but, we went to the salad bar and than sat down to eat the salad while we waited for our pizza. they took... over an hour so we went over to the counter to see what was going on and they told us they lost our order and then they tookanother 30 minutes to make a whole other one, but the staff was pretty nice overall. Pizza was very good. Breadsticks were average. Service was good. I would definitely have a pizza from there again.
Unfortunately my pizza cost over $40 and a $8 frozen pizza ???? would have tasted much better. ???? The sausage was so... overcooked and dry, it looked like the small little burnt granules covering the pizza. Very disappointing! Read more
We went in to eat here as there are few places to eat in Nine Mile Falls. We were interested in pizza specifically. But when we... walked into the establishment, we saw a person (Lady) the manager speaking extremely rudely to her staff. I get that youremployees can frustrate you, but to verbally berate your staff in public is poor management, unbecoming to the the employees,the Chain Name-brand and yes to the management. I won?t go into the things said, but suffice it to say it left a bad tasteenough for us to turn around and leave. Oh, and your not setting good examples of leadership for your teenage staff. No wonderyoung people are refusing to work these days. As an adult if you spoke to me the way you did to your employee that afternoon, Iwould have given my notice immediately. The food was pretty good, the person who took our order was very nice. As soon as we walked in however the owner and I assume... his wife pretended like we didn't exist. No hello no hi hey welcome how are you. Then they proceeded to walk around therestaurant avoiding all contacts.. it's like if we were foreigners. Oh wait a minute we are. We're from Colorado ????. Great pizza with quality ingredients. Prices are higher than other pizza places within Spokane, but you can't beat the taste and... the convenience if you're located in Nine Mile Falls or Suncrest. Read more
