Our second visit with another couple was very disappointing. We did not receive the crackers and dip as we did a couple weeks... earlier. The ham sandwiches contained very little meat but lots of spinach ($16.00). They were out of rye bread for the Reuben.Potato salad very good. The lemonade was different than first visit and was not finished. Still being hungry the berry cobblerwas good but the carrot cake was extremely dry and obviously past it?s prime. The outdoor setting is wonderful but will notreturn. One of the outdoor kitties appeared to have a skin condition with a lot of missing hair. Read more

Wow, what a great place. Out of the way, but well worth the drive. We sat outside in a great setting, the food was fantastic and... large portions!! There were a couple things they didn't have, but pretty common these days. Took a walk through the gardensafter supper and it was a perfect evening. The place was amazing beautiful. They had a chicken and a rooster walking around named chicken and dumplings. They where cute I... fed them chips!!! But the greenhouses where hard to get in with a wheel chair and there where water rivets in the paths. Walkingshould be fine. There was the restaurant, green houses, and a small antique barn. The portions where random. My grilled cheesewas a normal portion. While where sand witch was huge, half of it would have been enough. Soups where also good. The drive to itwas amazing but the wife got a little car sick from all the bumps and curves. Read more

I found this cute Cafe' and Tea Room while searching for unique places to eat in the Brown County area. My wife and I went to... check it out June 22, 2021. When we pulled in to the drive the 1st thing that caught our eye was the beautiful landscaping. Thecafe sits on the same property as a nursery. The food was delicious. The portions were large and the prices were reasonable. Weare out on the patio. Our dog was allowed to sit with us as well. The landscaping was absolutely beautiful. After dinner westrolled through the nursery. It was beautiful as well. It has many varieties of flowers (annuals and perennials), shrubs,trees,etc. Within the nursery was and old cabin and barn. Within them they had a variety of items m..h s you could purchase. Thenursery grounds was also strewn with antique lawn furniture and trellises. Everything there was fir sale. We had a wonderfuldinner and stroll through the nursery. If you ever get a chance to dine there it will be a experience to remember. See myattached pictures. Read more
