The owner of the subway could not be more rude and dismissive on a more consistent basis. Today I went into use a $7.99 coupon... for a foot-long that included a drink and bag of chips. A foot-long, bag of chips, and drink was ordered and presented thecoupon and in a very quick sharp voice the owner said that coupon is not excepted. There is a sign posted right when you orderon the case that said buy one get one free foot-long coupons are not excepted here all other coupons are excepted. I looked atthe owner and pointed to the sign (that was clearly made on a personal printer and not stamped with the subway logo andtrademark) and reminded him that the sign said ?all other coupons were excepted and here is an example of that?. He got mad hesaid I?m the owner and I can choose when a coupon is excepted or not. And I said well what about that sign and he said that signis done and he promptly went straight over to the keys and ripped it off the case and wanted it up in front of me. And I said soyou don?t except any coupons here ever even though you have that sign up there in which he said again I can do whatever I wantI?m the owner. Usually great, but today was unacceptable. The employee was extremely uncaring, impolite, unengaged, and short with us. The... food was just as bad. Hard bread, skimpy toppings, and clearly no regard for toasting. High dollar, low quality. Hard to messup a subway sandwich, but obviously a bad employee can do it well. Big bummer. Read more
Poor quailty and customer service/satisfaction. Picked up 2 12 inch subs on wheat. Once I got home for us to eat we found the... bread was NOT FRESH OR SOFT! Never had this happen at any other Subway ever. Since that was our meal and we didnt want to makea trip back on half we removed the inside ingredients added lettuce we had on hand for our meal. We took the remaining subsback to the store the next day while we were running other errands. The staff was rude and did not offer replacement or refund. We will not be going to this Subway store ever again and will warn our friends and family. Read more
This place is good when the workers are doing what are suppose to do and not go on a tangent about work. On their tangent about... being the only one in the store and trying to get things done when no one is here, he messed up my sandwich when he rolled it upin the wrap. One of my my meatballs came out of my sandwich and he knew he did that. Just shrugged and went on to ring up myorder. I then asked to substitute my chips for cookies. As he rang up my order, more people came in and went to help them afterI paid but forgot my cookies. When I asked about my cookies he sighed angrily and asked which ones I wanted. Told him what Iwanted. When I arrived home to eat, discovered the meatball that fell out of my sandwich and that the cookies I asked for wherenot what I asked. I Read more
