Food is always consistent. Hot & fresh. One time they made a mistake and gave us 4 piece chicken instead of 6. Called to tell... them as I paid for 6 pieces. They had a credit for a whole 6 piece basket waiting for me on my next visit! Good customerservice. Restaurant is clean with decent washrooms available. Tasty treats and friendly accommodating staff. Varied menu, pretzel sticks were really good. Went with a friend through the drive thru as I'd never had a blizzard so I ordered... an oh Henry blizzard. Dessert was good and a small was very generous, larger than a mcflurry. I unfortunately was ill the nextday and think the richness and sweetness could be to blame. Staff were to the point but did allow us time to read the menu anddidn't rush us to make a decision which was appreciated. Read more

I understand that it was a busier night , however this place is gross. The staff is working in conditions that from what I've... seen from the customer side of the counter is highly unsanitary. This is what happens when you let children staff the nighttime hours. Obviously no one has taught them how to clean as the work. I stood there and watched the girl who made ice creamthrough refuse on the counter and the floor , no washcloth or even any attempt to clean her counter. There were black bananapeels laying there syrup and melted ice cream everywhere. The kid flipping burgers did seem to care about cleanliness at all . Read more
