The order was 100% correct! We ordered Mark's usual dinner choice, including 2 substitutions. Everything was as expected. The... young gentleman at the counter even asked if Mark was eligible for a senior discount, which he was. Quality has improved a lot with new staff/managers Update: my order was wrong today and last week. Today it took a really... long time to get my food and the cashier was walking around carrying my food, reaching in the bag and touching her face. So I stopped by today because I was craving nachos. The kid tried selling me the big nachos and I told him I just wanted... something small. He rang me up and let me tell you! We tried the drive through and the person taking the order appeared to be new or not paying attention. The same person asked for... payment gave us a different total from what he stated at the beginning and never gave us a receipt. When we got to the pickupwindow we had to wait for our order and when we finally got it it was the wrong one. We were not happy and very disappointed. Read more
