2 girl employees sitting there talking to each other and not even a single chance to even acknowledgement of me coming as a... customer, no greetings, customer service whatsoever. The way she was making that burrito felt like she really dint wanted tomake that burrito for me coz she was just chilling with her colleague and now I made her stand up and work. Ordered online and was given a pick up time of 13:06. Got there a couple of minutes before the pick up time and they hadn?t even... started my order. It wasn?t ready until 13:17. My burrito was the soggiest most flavourless almost inedible burrito that I?veever eaten. I added notes to put the sauces on the side (so it wouldn?t get soggy before I could eat it), I watched the lady putthem in the burrito. On top of the long wait to pick up my order - which was a COMBO, all I got was the burrito and fries? nodrink. Places need to do better when you?re paying almost $20 for a fast food COMBO. Sure am thirsty? wish I had something todrink? that was supposed to have been included in my order? Incredibly disappointing experience. Read more
This is probably the first time I?ve made a review, and it?s unfortunately negative. I?ve had pretty bad experiences that I... thought I would review, but I just never pushed through them. But yesterday, I just saw something I couldn?t let go. As I waswaiting for my other items, one of the ladies was handling cash, but when she finished, she did not change her gloves beforehandling food equipment. The thing is, people who handle toppings such as lettuce - where they have to grab it with their glovedhands - also handle food epuipment as well. It only hit me after, but assuming she was handling cash before hand, it?sdefinitive that there has been some cross contamination in the toppings of even my burrito. Forgive me, but this was just aserious lack of concern for the costumer. What I saw literally completely undermined why gloves are used in the first place.Might as well just use bare hands at this point. Other than this, I have nothing to say but that the food tasted good as usual. Read more
