Customer service is garbage, don't have any system that how to serve the customers. I did ordered my sandwiches and waited for... 20 minutes. After that someone else grabbed and walked away, when I complained about it to the staff they I said I have tofollow up with in 2 seconds otherwise that's not their problem, I mean common seriously. Good for a coffee in the morning and breakfast is actually really tasty. I have it often, and I like the Farmers wrap. The... sausage wrap is good too. For lunch the cravables I think they're called, they're both quite tasty. It's cheap food, but betterthan McDonald's. Read more
Went on a weekend. Severely understaffed, and the staff they had in place were not qualified to work there. Brutally long... drivethrough lines as a direct result of people having to say their orders multiple times and the staff still getting themwrong. So I went in the next day(a Sunday), decided to go inside the store to order and stood in line for nearly 5 mins beforebeing served. This was a result of the understaffing. I don?t know if it is the franchise owners or the employees, but someone here is very cheap. Order a sandwich and they put no... sauce on it, even if you ask for extra sauce. And they take forever to give you, your order. Very unimpressed, I recommend justdriving extra to the Tim Hortons in Leduc or go to the McDonald?s across the street. Read more
