Should have photographed it. I rarely do negative reviews but our pizza was delivered burnt around the outside. Not just over... cooked, but black. I?d love to know who took this out of the oven, put it in the box and thought it was ok to deliver thisway. This obviously made the rest of the pizza extremely dry and overcooked. I have placed ordersAnd bought pizza at many times at this location. NOT ANY MORE!!!! Every time I place an order the price is... higher!!! To the point where it has more than doubled. You've lost my business and I have bought a lot of pizzathere.????????????????????Also last time I ordered I asked for extra cheese and meat...... We ordered a pizza here and were extremely disappointed. Talk about SKIMPFLATION...we ordered extra cheese and 1/3 of the pizza... had almost no cheese, let alone extra cheese. There were approximately six small pieces of green pepper and only about 8 smallpieces of sausage. This was far and away the WORST pizza ever. We will never go back to Domino's again. Read more
I'm really disgusted with Dominos pizza. I ordered a pizza Sunday night and it arrived cold. I called them and said I have some... feedback for you. I said you should cook the pizzas a little closer to the time you are going to deliver them or find a way tokeep them hot until delivered. Keep in mind this is after already having the same experience with another domino's. Theirresponse "what do you want, a refund?" I said I don't think a full refund is in order here. I said "could you give me a partialrefund." You know what they ended up doing? They stiffed the delivery driver of her tip and kept the money for the pizza. I'mdone with dominos. Read more
good pizza yes, but not great customer service. there was someone yelling in the background of my call to order a pizza and when... I asked them to repeat what they said, the did so with an attitude. never told me to have a good day or anything, they just hungup after they told me how long the wait was. I work in customer service and I know that it is important to have a goodrelationship with the customers, if it?s through the phone or not. Read more
Online order system did not work when I ordered after hours (for pickup next morning). Had to call in my order so some of my... details were lost. Pizza was good and wings were hot. I had to remind them I ordered extra sauce. Order was a little late, butnot much. Price was excellent. That's why I get my pizza from Dominos. Ok, ordered here numerous times I live in Breezy point ordered today on Sunday game day 9/25 at 1:30pm had a fairly large order... 2 pizzas 3 sides and pasta now previously we ordered by phone order was always messed up now we are doing it by the app you haveexact order in hand and you can watch your order progress and they nailed it!!! Order with the app much better!!! As far as lackof ingredients order the Wisconsin cheese pizza you won?t be SHORT on cheese was above and beyond on quality as far as pricingwe got all the above for $54 if you order from Pequot or Breezy pizza places will be the same price it?s all competitive.
