You guys lose so many customers just by not taking ordered in a timely manner in the drive thru. Just take the order and move... the line along. You don?t need to take an order and serve the car before ever taking the second order. It?s not hard. It?scalled multitasking and every other fast food joint has it figured out. Your drive thru times might look decent to corporatebut surly they don?t know you let 10+ cars drive off a day because you?re incredibly slow. Read more
Long line in drive through but I felt like we didn't wait entirely too long. Food was good. Tasted fresh.
Ordered $40 of food, received $20 of it. Double bacon cheeseburgers apparently have one burger and no bacon on them, ten piece... nuggets really meant 7 piece, and straight up didn't get the frosty we ordered or any sauce. Went back up to the window and theydid give us more nuggets, but had to ask 3x to finally get sauce and frosty. But hey at least the spicy nuggets go hard. Read more
The French fries were bad! Not the fries we usually get there! Very disappointed! Next time I am going to try the fries before I... pull out of the drive threw! Like the sign says on the pickup window! If they are not crispy and hot to return them! These werebad! Also took forever! No wonder the drive threw line was so long! Plus no indoor dinning! At least you could have the properhelp inside to make it quicker! Just serving the drive threw window should be faster! Always loved Wendy's! Last two times nowwere not good! Well, my mother just had a "wonderful" experience at this establishment with their "wonderful" "manager". The Skrillex... look-alike "manager" kept being rude and interrupting my mother as she politely explained her food was terrible and the frieswere hours old (also have photos of said grey cold fries). There were no other customers in the restaurant, but there was no oneto help them figure out the confusing soda machine after they asked several times. Until finally, the lovely Skrillex look-alikecame and assisted. He later claimed the charred burger (can't forget the dry bun aaaye) and old fries were a result of, "leavingit on the counter for too long; it's your fault". We are now sitting on the phone waiting for customer service (1st time took 33minutes on hold with no results, and current call 28 minutes). I hope Skrillex's manager sees this and gives him a talking to(uninterrupted). The charred burger lived up to their, "Hot & Crispy Guaranteed" slogan (especially crispy heavy -- on thesarcasm) but can't say the same about the old grey fries. 10/10 I would recommend going to the gas station across the street topurchase a Lunchables instead. :) Read more

No inside service. Sat in drive up for over 20 minutes. Staff have a lot to deal with. Food order was messed up. Just not... worth it. Read more
