It was great outside sit there with family got some good food the spicy chicken sandwich wasn't spicy but it was still good
I answered 5 stars for the atmosphere, but the one Nitro WV, is all drive-thru and walk up. So the atmosphere is the air and... drive by traffic around, the restaurant. But, I am always pleased with service and food is always hot and fresh! Read more

Would give less than one star if I could. Worst experience ever. Order using a app, give them a number just so they can call if... there is a problem. Show up just to find out that a 64 dollar order will not happen because they are closing early and I gottago through the app to get a refund. Call the app after finally getting through to find out a transaction that took less Than 3seconds to happen, will now take 3 to five business days to get refunded. Four meals exactly as we ordered via drive-thru at Checkers half way into a long road trip. Food was fresh. Thanks for getting... all our custom sandwiches correct. Refreshing to get great customer service. Our first Checkers experience. Way to go Rick! Read more
When we went through the drive through we were immediately told "I'll be with you in several minutes" which was right, took... about 10 minutes until they asked what our order would be. When getting to the window, they failed to close it fully and couldhear basically every staff member complaining and asking to call the owner to shut the place down early cause they didn't wantto finish working the day. Pretty sure they were understaffed, which to their benefit isn't ever easy, but it'd been nice ifthey didn't make it to where the customers saw and heard every little thing they did, said, or didn't do -- such as making surean order is right.
