Got a pubwiz and it was fresh, just no ham on it. Just bread, mayo, lettuce and cheese two or three little pieces of ham. I may... go back and try steak and cheese not sure yet. If it's 4oz of steak like the pub then I will probably walk out and go to subwaynext door. Read more
After waiting an hour and still no food arrived I called to ask why. The guy was rude and blamed it on short staffed. Said our... food still hasn?t gone out and it would probably be another hour before we get it. Asked if they would discount it a littlesince 2 hours is a long time to wait. He said ?here talk to the manager ? and threw the phone down. Manager wasn?t much betterand said there was nothing she can do other than 10% off, which we all know is only a few dollars. Ended up just having myhusband pick it up on the way home from work. No discount was ever given and the food was cold and burnt. Won?t be ordering atthis one again and I hope they learn what customer service is. Read more
I live THESE local places. This unit is a personal favorite. The pizza is pretty good and very consistent but the Italian sub is... ever so worth it. Reasonable with easy on off to the highway it is a winner. They also are connected to the Tudorbiscuits..which is another biggie for another review ???? Read more
Called and asked how long it was gonna be on delivery, the lady ( Chasity) said that we were next. The reason we asked is if it... was gonna be a long time, we would just go pick it up. An hour passes and I asked about our order and she said it was out on itsway. Ten minutes later the food is not there. I called again and ask if my orders was at the store, I would just come and pickit up. Anyway long story.... but I passed the delivery driver, turned around and went home and he still wasn't there. So wecalled again and the manager wanted to argue, but by the time we got our food it was cold, the buns were soggy. And it was justgross. And her attitude said it all no apology, just attitude. We have ate there my whole life and never again never We alsoordered cheese sticks that we didn't get after waiting an hour and ten minutes And for all this gross food that we couldn't eatonly cost us 56.00 dollars. Stopped here on a roadtrip to Charleston and was very happy I did. Pizza was really good, drinks great and service extremely... friendly. They don't skimp on the toppings also plenty of dining area also. Read more
Friendly staff and quick service. It felt like everyone was friends when we passed through the area for dinner. We appreciated... the hospitality and absolutely LOVED the cookie! The portions for the food we ordered were very large and filling. Our waitresswas very helpful and observant to our needs as customers. Read more
