I've lived in Nitro for almost a year. This place is my go to when I want Chinese. Food is always fresh and always on time. If... anything comes up, they always call ahead to let me know. Ive never had any bad customer service with them, always pleasent. Read more

Wierd place! The whole front counter and checkout is boarded up with thick plastic separating them from us! I know covid19. But... other places use a thick plexiglas at the check out, but the whole front wood and construction plastic. It reminds me other oldspeak easy bootleggers. Can't see who is selling me the food! Ordered from here twice both times OVER an hour late. Tonight the order was placed at 6:10pm with an expected arrival at 7:05.... I called multiple times and when someone finally answered she was super rude, never apologized & stated the delivery driver left5 minutes ago and should be arriving shortly (I live 2 miles away.). After 30 minutes pass I call again & again no answer. Thedriver shows up and states he picked the food up 10 minutes prior. Not only was the manager rude & making excuses, she blatantlylied. All consistent with the first time we ordered here also, we just thought it was a busy Saturday night, we was wrong &suggest literally any restaurant other then this one. ???????? Read more
