Fries are hot but rock hard, they will reheat fries by putting cold fries back into fryer. Nasty. $12 combo disgusting
Placed mobile order. My strawberry salad only had two slices of strawberries and the forgot my drink. He was suppose to bring... it back but never showed. I need to get to an appointment and had to leave without a drink I paid for. Read more
Not really good service @ nitro Wendy?s. Asked to pull to the side and wait for chicken nuggets. Half chicken nuggets were fresh... and half were old and getting hard. In one of the $5 bag , I received a grayish hair in Jr bacon cheeseburger. You could clearlysee when opening and stuck to cheese, Fries were cold & The frosty was melted when brought to car. I guess after waiting onchicken nuggets everything else went cold & melted. Let?s say I probably won?t be back to this location anytime in the nearfuture. Read more
The wait here may be longer at times, but one thing is for sure, the staff here go out of their way to try to make sure that... your order is made right. I get staffing issues 100% and can tolerate the wait, especially when they?re so apologetic anyway.Billy is an awesome manager and I hope he goes far. Read more
The line was long and the young man at the cashier needed more training. Three customers in a row he got their orders wrong and... had to be helped by the manager. Read more
The only good thing about this Wendy's is it is easy to get on and off the highway. Some of the food we got was ok and some was... not good at all. Drink machine was out of most drinks. Service was ok. The floor was extremely slippery and very hard to walkon. That is something that needs to be fixed before someone gets hurt. Read more
Service here is awesome. Been using this place for over Decade . Trust no one more. The employees here r top trained, and polite... and courteous. Recommend it highly. Only wish I could give it more than 5 stars. East access too it from Interstate 64. Myrecent visit i worked with Dave and Daniel. Excellent people. Read more
